Preliminary Design

In this important stage, we take the time to learn about your tastes and ideas, your lifestyle, and the site of your new home. We incorporate all of this into a Personalized Project Criteria, which we use to design and prepare conceptual drawings; complete with floor plans, front exterior sketch and site plan concept. These drawings will creatively and artistically reflect all of your project requirements. We progress to Step Two only when you are ready.

Design Development

Once you have approved the conceptual designs, we work with our team of professionals to create preliminary computer-drafted “block-out drawings”. This exciting step will allow you to view computer drawings, giving you an insight as to what your home will eventually look like, with all exterior elevations included. Any necessary revisions will be made to ensure that all of your design and project requirements are met and satisfied.

Construction Preparation

Once you approve the preliminary computer “block-out drawings”, we move forward to complete your final construction drawings. These drawings are structurally engineered with all necessary dimensions and details. Our construction drawings are the most complete in the industry.
